Vihtavuori Reload app updated with new features

The Vihtavuori Reload app has been updated. In order to better serve our customers, we have improved the login options. In the new version, the user can change their language preference in the login view. Further, the user is able to to opt-in or opt-out for marketing consent. This can be done during the signup process and at any time from the settings. The user can also delete their account together with all data.

The case manufacturer list has also been updated, as well as the powder type list. The user can also now edit, replace or delete diary entries. Note, the user can no longer add other powder manufacturers manually; only Vihtavuori is available.

In the new version, the user can also send feedback to the app technical support team directly from the app. By tapping the “Send feedback” button, the app opens the email application and adds the email address and subject.The user may simply add their message and press send. Note, this feedback should be related to the use of the Reload app only. Any feedback directly to Vihtavuori about products, reloading data etc. should be submitted using the website contact form.
