N530 high-energy rifle powder

N530 is an ideal for many of the smaller bottle necked cases like the 223/5.56 or large straight-walled cases such as the .45-70 Springfield. It is also a useful powder for medium capacity cases like the .308 Win when using lighter weight bullets of 10 grams / 155 grains or less.

N530 was originally developed for 5,56mm NATO cartridges (Cal .223) and is still today qualified for military use (STANAG). N530 is also widely used in various small and big-game hunting.

As with our other High-energy powders, nitroglycerine has been added to this traditional single base powder in order to achieve higher energy content. For you this means utmost performance for added velocity, combined with our powders’ exceptionally clean burning.

N530 is a tubular powder with grain dimensions of 0,8 mm length and 0,8 mm diameter. Thanks to the symmetrical size, the grains flow smoothly in powder measures and dosing is super easy.
